The Culinary Arts Career Cluster is for you if you are interested in careers in culinary fields such as Pastry Arts, Culinary Management, Line Cook and Chef Apprentice. You will receive instruction in basic food safety, cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitation. These topics are all covered in CULA 103the introductory course that maps to the ServSafe Manager Certification. You will also learn valuable study and career skills that will help you navigate the college experience and take advantage of the many resources available to you on campus.
The Culinary Arts Career Cluster is designed to prepare you to build your skills for a career or pursue additional education in the Culinary Field. This core leads to concentrations in Pastry Arts, Line Cook, and Culinary Management, as well as the Culinary Arts A.A.S.
